Like many of you, I have a full life. I'm a mum and wife to a blended family of 5. Our children keep me very busy, but when I do get time, I love playing in nature through mountain biking, swimming, kayaking, hiking and now paragliding! I also love exploring new cuisines, so you'll often find me in the kitchen or at restaurants.

I've led and transformed organisations and teams my entire career. I've felt that white fear of stress, the uncertainty in making decisions, the sheer exhaustion, the sleepless anxiety-filled nights—and the highs as well!

I'm often asked where I get all my energy from during this stage of life. Over the last 25 years I've learned that our bodies are incredible ancient bio-computers—we've just never been taught how to run them optimally, especially during perimenopause and menopause. I discovered how to work WITH my changing hormones, not against them, and it transformed everything.

I can help you do the same—transform your health and thrive through perimenopause and menopause no matter how busy your life is. It IS possible.

What works for one woman can be completely wrong for another. That's why I'll help you learn to listen to your unique body's needs and work with them to help you thrive.

REALISTIC: You're busy and dealing with menopause symptoms—I get it. That's why I focus on small, doable changes that have big ripple effects on your energy, sleep, mood, and wellbeing. It's not about deprivation (no carbs, no wine, no fun!). It's about sustainable lifestyle changes that support your changing hormones and help you feel like yourself.
