I've been in highly pressurised business environments my entire career as a leader—working in IT, banking, marketing, advertising, not-for-profits and governance. And I've navigated perimenopause and menopause while doing it.

I understand the pressures, the stress, and what it's like to manage menopause symptoms while trying to show up as your best self every day. My approach takes this reality into account. Unlike many health professionals who focus purely on symptom management, I understand the real-world context of your busy life.

Blending my 25 years in leadership roles with over 20 years of studying health and nutrition—plus my own menopause journey—is unique.
