Ingredients:
- 1 avocado 
- 70 g spinach leaves 
- 125 g frozen berries (I love blueberries) 
- 500 ml coconut water (or almond milk) 
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil 
- 1 tablespoon honey/maple syrup 
How to prepare
- Put all ingredients into a blender or nutri-bullet and blend
