Mega Protein Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup wholegrain rolled oats

  • 6 dates

  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds

  • 6 almonds

  • 2 walnuts

  • 1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon flax seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon peanut or almond butter

Added

  • 1 Tablespoon shredded coconut

  • 1 Tablespoon raspberries or blueberries (frozen or fresh) - or other fruits

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

How to prepare

  1. Cook all ingredients with 1 1/2 cups water or you could do part coconut or other nut milk.

  2. Once cooked to your liking, stir in shredded coconut, fruit, cinnamon
