Ingredients:
1/2 cup wholegrain rolled oats
6 dates
1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
6 almonds
2 walnuts
1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 Tablespoon flax seeds
1 Tablespoon peanut or almond butter
Added
1 Tablespoon shredded coconut
1 Tablespoon raspberries or blueberries (frozen or fresh) - or other fruits
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
How to prepare
Cook all ingredients with 1 1/2 cups water or you could do part coconut or other nut milk.
Once cooked to your liking, stir in shredded coconut, fruit, cinnamon
